Returns & Refunds

At Juoda Kopa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Include proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This 30-day return policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@juodakopa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Juoda Kopa cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

Where required by law, we will also reimburse the cost of the standard delivery option originally selected at checkout.

Additional delivery charges for express or premium shipping services are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@juodakopa.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@juodakopa.com before returning your order.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened after delivery where they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
