Juoda Kopa is not responsible for delays caused by:

Risk in the goods transfers to you once the products have been delivered.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene and health protection reasons.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek resolution through the courts or other consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
